What PlaceWorth is

PlaceWorth publishes listings: homes, businesses for sale, commercial property and land in Southern California, each with a short film and the contact details of the owner or the agent.

What PlaceWorth is not

We are not a real estate broker, not a business broker, and not an agent for either side. We do not negotiate, we do not hold funds, we do not take a commission from any sale. Every deal happens directly between you and the person named on the listing. We are paid by owners and agents for filming and publishing, and nothing else.

About the information on this site

Prices, sizes, dates and descriptions come from the owner or the agent. We publish them in good faith but we do not verify them and we do not guarantee them. Check everything that matters to you with the seller, and with your own lawyer, accountant or inspector before you commit to anything. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell.

Photographs and films

The photographs and films are ours or licensed to us. Please do not republish them without asking. Listing text belongs to the person who supplied it.

Availability

A listing may be sold, withdrawn or changed at any time. Sold listings stay on the site, clearly marked, as a record.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, PlaceWorth and ArtStork Agency are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of what is published here.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
