Privacy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
PlaceWorth is operated by Artstork Agency Inc., California. This notice describes the main PlaceWorth site and its enquiries. Standalone property landing pages also provide a notice and privacy controls on the page where you submit a request.
Information you provide
Listing enquiries. We collect the name, email, optional phone and message you submit and send them to the listing contact. If enquiry storage is enabled, PlaceWorth retains a copy and may email it to the site administrator. Standalone landing-page requests are stored in a separate private enquiry journal and sent to the configured listing contact. The form explains the applicable handling.
Requests to list a place. We collect the contact details, property or business information and message you submit so the PlaceWorth team can respond. Buyer-list requests. We retain the email, interests and saved listing IDs you choose to submit. The team may follow up on that interest; this is not an automatic matching service. Contact us to leave the buyer list.
Browser storage and website measurement
Essential browser storage remembers saved listings, navigation preferences and privacy choices. Our own activity counters record actions such as listing views, phone or email taps, shares and saves. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and request information to operate and protect the site. Cookieless hosting analytics, when enabled, are separate from the optional Meta cookie controls below.
Advertising campaign tags or click IDs included in links can remain on links as you browse. On standalone landings, available campaign and referring-site details can accompany a request to identify the source of an enquiry. No contact information should be included in advertising link parameters.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
When enabled for a page, and only after you accept, Meta Pixel can receive page views, successful enquiries, phone-link taps, form openings, the start of form entry and scroll milestones (25%, 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%). A tap is not a confirmed phone call. Scroll position does not confirm that content was read. The main site and each standalone landing have separate advertising settings and privacy choices.
Meta may receive page addresses, IP addresses, browser information and cookie identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc. Meta may associate events with its services for advertising measurement and personalization. Our event code does not send your entered name, email, phone or message as Meta event parameters, and automatic event configuration is disabled. Meta’s Privacy Policy explains Meta’s practices.
Your Privacy Choices
Advertising tracking stays off until you choose Accept. Declining, closing the initial notice or leaving it unanswered does not enable advertising cookies. Forms and phone links continue to work regardless of this choice. Reopen the controls here or through Your Privacy Choices in the footer to change your decision.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals keep this Meta integration off, including when you previously accepted. Withdrawing consent stops future events from this integration and removes accessible Meta cookies. It does not automatically remove events already received by Meta or enquiry emails already delivered.
The browser record contains your choice, decision time, notice version and applicable pixel number. Acceptance is remembered for up to 180 days and decline for up to 365 days. Closing the notice dismisses it for the tab’s session. Clearing storage, using a different browser or a material change to advertising settings can require a new choice.
Recipients and retention
Listing contacts receive enquiries addressed to them. Our hosting, security and email providers process data to run the service. Meta receives optional advertising events as described above. Authorized site administrators manage stored enquiries and buyer-list requests.
Stored enquiries, feature requests and buyer-list details are retained for follow-up until no longer needed or deletion is requested. Aggregate activity counters are kept separately. Saved listings remain in your browser until removed or browser data is cleared. Recovery copies and recipients’ email inboxes are separate from the live site records. Meta manages retention of data it receives under its own policies.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold, or to leave the buyer list. Where applicable, California and other privacy laws provide additional rights, including opting out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Such sharing may fall within legal definitions even if no money is exchanged. You can exercise applicable rights without discrimination. Use Your Privacy Choices on the page concerned to stop this integration’s future advertising events.
Children and changes
This service is not directed to children under 16. We may update this notice as the service changes; the date above identifies the current notice.
